Connection of the ATMs to the bank branch through Internet

With sharp growth of amount of payments with the use of plastic cards, there is a necessity of connecting of ATMs to the bank branches or central bank. At distance an about 5-7 km to the bank (usually districts ATMs are connected to the district branch bank) is possible to use of SHDSL technology.
The environment of data transmission is the copper dedicated line (own or leased) for connection to provider.

In this case in the ATMs can be
created:

1. DYNAMIX UM-S4 SHDSL

This device has one Ethernet port, that sufficiently for connecting of ATM on the dedicated line to Internet .
By using of this device in Internet must be provided the protection of access additional program both on the side of ATM and on the side of the bank. For the solution of this task are set VPN tunnels between ATMS and bank branch to connection to Internet - on each the sides the specialized VPN routers . DYNAMIX UM-S SHDSL modems/routers are transparent for VPN
tunnels. Besides, Dynamix UM-SF have the special function, as it has built in functions of protection (Firewall) and transparently for VPN tunnels.
